During your stay, you can expect:

Feeding according to your routine

Medication administration (if required)

Walks (if part of their normal routine)

I adjust to each pet’s personality — whether energetic, elderly, anxious or independent.

Communication & Updates

I know how important reassurance is 🤍

You’ll receive regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pets are doing.

If anything seems unusual, I will contact you immediately.

Respected & Cared-For Home

Your home is treated as if it were my own.

I will:

Keep kitchen and living areas tidy

Wash up / load & unload dishwasher

Wipe benches and surfaces

Light vacuum or sweep if needed

Manage bins

Collect mail

Clean up after pets (including muddy paws or little accidents)

You’ll return to happy pets and a calm, welcoming home.

Please note: House sitting is not a deep cleaning service, but I always maintain a neat and respectful environment during my stay. If you require additional cleaning, this can be discussed as an add-on service.

 

Pre-Stay Checklist

To ensure everything runs smoothly and your pets receive the best possible care, I kindly ask families to prepare the following before arrival:

Sufficient food for the entire stay

Clearly labelled feeding instructions

Medication with written instructions (if required)

Leads, harnesses or collars

Vet details and emergency contact

Any comfort items (blankets, toys, favourite treats)

✔️ Home Preparation

Home left in a reasonably clean and safe condition

Clear access to kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area

Cleaning supplies available for general tidying

Bins location advised

Alarm codes or security instructions (if applicable)

Wi-Fi details (if you’re happy to provide them)

Any pet behavioural notes

Emergency contact while you’re away

Neighbour contact (if preferred)

This preparation allows me to focus fully on caring for your pets and maintaining your home 🤍

Meet & Greet

Before any house sitting booking, I organise a complimentary meet and greet.

This allows:

Your pets to become familiar with me

Us to walk through routines and expectations

You to feel completely comfortable before your trip

Building trust is important to me.

Returning Home

Before you arrive home, I ensure:

Common areas are neat

Pet spaces are clean

Bins are sorted

Keys are returned as arranged
